RETURNS

We hope you enjoy your ELEARIA purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please return the item(s) to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please note that purchases made during the sale period must be returned to us within 14 days of date of receipt for a credit note only. All item(s) must be in their original packaging, in a new and unused condition with all tags attached.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If the item is approved for refund, then we will refund the price that you paid for the item taking into account any discounts or promotions applied when you purchased the item. The refund will not include any delivery charges you have paid. The amount will then be credited to the original method of payment you used to purchase the item. Please allow 5-7 days for refund.

  

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items can only be offered a credit note within 14 days of date of receipt. Please email us at info@elearia.com to request credit note, providing full details of reason for return.

UK RETURNS

Our UK returns service is free.

If you wish to return your item please email us at info@elearia.com stating the order number, item number and reason for return so we can send details of how to promptly return your item to us. Please remember to obtain proof of postage.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

If you are located outside of the UK simply fill out the returns form and send the item to the address below:

Unfortunately, you will be responsible for any postage costs incurred to return the item to us. Please return your parcel using a recorded postal service, as we cannot issue refunds for missing parcels. Also, please remember to obtain proof of postage receipt.
